hi my name is ezra.
i'm from a cold, small country called estonia. it's below finland, next to russia.i'm 19. i speak estonian and english. i play guitar and make music. idk what else to put here :P
i make music mainly under the alias of toxic yuri (formerly also ezra varier before 2025). i started making music in 2021 but only started making the stuff that i do now in 2022.
i'm not a very interesting person overall but i can try to make myself sound interesting in this .....
me and music
i'm a massive music nerd. i've been consumed by music in general since i was a kid but i've only really started going deep into it the past 7 years.i feel like i can safely say i listen or can listen to almost every genre except maybe jazz. my fav genres r shoegaze, emo, dsbm, midwest emo, slowcore, post-rock, blackgaze, lo-fi, etc. i definitely haven't listed something here that i probably like or would like.
i mainly have an affinity for noisy melancholic stuff, the kind of stuff that ruins you. i also rly like repetitive stuff as is seen w my fav dsbm bands.
my favorite artists relating to my fav genres right now are myhairball (나의머리카락뭉치), parannoul, damian ojeda (sadness, life, etc), morning effort, koisha/doer (行為者), hypothermia, trist, dating (swedish), weatherday, kuragari and many more.
i'd include rap subgenres but i don't know what to really label what i listen to. my fav artists relating to that right now are swords2, in53ct, xaviersobased, tenkay, fakemink, sidney phillips, dion, xxffcyuvcui, aero gros m and more.

fav games of all time, probably minecraft and terraria. i also have a lot of hours on tf2.i'm guilty of having a lot of hours on skyrim as well because the elder scrolls universe is really really really fascinating. i love the lore so much to the point where i upgraded my gpu just to play elder scrolls 6 when it comes out.
rpg maker games also hold significance in my heart like yume nikki and some of its fangames, anything okegom, a few charon games, etc. the current oneshot isn't made in rpg maker but the original one was and it feels like one so i guess it counts too.
i love cs 1.6 kz & longjumping as well. i've yet to beat anything harder than a hard and my lj pb is 254.7.

i don't know what i'd consider my fav food but maybe plov or macaroni w minced meat (makaronid hakklihaga). favorite dessert has to be pancakes, küpsisetort (biscuit cake i guess) or tiramisu.my fav snack is probably vanilla wafer rolls. the ones u can suck the vanilla cream out of. i'm guilty of eating a whole box of them multiple times and feeling really bad afterwards. i also crave ramen noodles a lot for some reason.
my fav type is shin kimchi with an egg and some cheese specifically. best thing i've ever tasted. it's definitely not healthy so i eat it maybe once every few months when i get a craving for it. the price tag helps me stay away usually :P

i'm really bad with consuming media because i'm way too lazy when it comes to commitment or even starting anything. so if u have any recommendations they'll most likely be tucked away for years.despite all of that i still have fav stuff. my fav anime r steins gate, girls last tour, samurai champloo, nichijou, madoka. my fav manga is shimeji simulation.
my favorite tv series is probably house md. generic pick but it's one of the few series i've actually watched all the way through. ive also watched better call saul and breaking bad Again very generic but cut me some slackkkk
im not a huge movie person just because of the time investment as always Im way too zoomerbrained ... maybe thats hypocritical to say considering what i said about tv series but mehhhh
